Role Overview:
We’re seeking a visionary and driven Co-Founder & CTO to lead the technological direction of Spark Founders. You will be responsible for building and scaling our platform, leading a talented team of developers, and playing a key role in shaping our product strategy. If you’re passionate about startups, technology, and making a meaningful impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of our core platform.
- Oversee the entire tech stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and other co-founders to align technology with business goals.
- Manage and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
- Contribute to strategic decisions and help shape the company’s future.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a startup environment.
- Strong expertise in software development, with a focus on web and mobile platforms.
- Experience with cloud services, databases, and API integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for startups and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Prior experience in co-founder roles or equity-based partnerships is a plus.
