The Security Administrator will be part of a dedicated CAPPS HCM upgrade project team.
The core duties include identifying security changes due to the major system upgrade, presenting analysis and documenting, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting security changes. Additional duties include fluid navigation design and other supporting project activities as needs arise in documentation, system testing, and other tasks as an internal support team member.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, the candidate must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years Experience as a PeopleSoft Security Administrator on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects
- 8 years Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Employee & Manager Self-Service and Time and Labor
- 8 years Experience working with PeopleSoft fluid and work center security
- 8 years Experience in identifying requirements and creating formal documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs
- 8 years Experience in conducting formal work sessions and analysis presentations
- 8 years Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- 8 years Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team
Preferred Qualifications :
- 4 years Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- 2 years Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS HCM
- 2 years Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- 2 years Experience with SharePoint
- 1 year Experience with Jira
- 1 Experience working with the Scrum frameworkvvv
