ARETUM, a reputable government contracting company, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Lead to join our team as part of the CS BOS (Cybersecurity Business Operations System) initiative. As the Cybersecurity Lead at ARETUM, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures for our government clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures for government clients
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and prioritize potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Manage and oversee a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the effective delivery of services
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity and provide guidance and recommendations to clients
- Participate in incident response activities and lead incident investigations and remediation efforts
- Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees and clients on cybersecurity best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance cybersecurity capabilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and procedures
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on policy development, risk management, and incident response
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
- Experience leading and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Government contracting experience is a plus
