This role is pivotal in ensuring the secure management of company devices, the implementation of robust security protocols, and the overall protection of our IT infrastructure.
Role
- Device Management
- Administer and manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies through MDM configurations.
- Monitor and maintain device health and security.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.
- Security Applications Management
- Deploy and manage security applications on company-issued devices.
- Ensure devices have up-to-date security software.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts from these applications.
- IT Security Control Management
- Develop, implement, and manage IT security controls.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update security policies and documentation.
- Network Maintenance
- Maintain the company's network infrastructure for optimal performance and security.
- Implement network security measures.
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and potential threats.
- IT Support Assistance
- Provide advanced IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and workstations.
- Offer guidance and support for IT-related projects and initiatives.
- This role will also be responsible for assisting with general IT Administrative duties.
What we Value

- Able to create and modify documentation around existing or new processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A security certification such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or another similar certificate.
