Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President or Director of Decision Support at In-FLOW Executives in McAllen, TX. The Vice President Decision Support will be responsible for providing analytical insights, leading business process improvement initiatives, offering technical support, overseeing financial activities, and providing team leadership in decision-making processes for both hospital and ambulatory practice settings.
Qualifications
- 5 years + providing financial analysis of healthcare operations data
- Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement expertise
- Experience with INFOR, Cerner, or other healthcare-specific data platforms
- Expert Excel ad-hoc reporting and development skills is required
- Technical Support Knowledge
- Finance acumen related to healthcare data across multiple service lines, platforms, and sources
- Team Leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
