Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer at Anima People. The CTO will be responsible for software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies, leading technical teams, and ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with business goals.

- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of technological innovation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Skills in React, Node.JS and Javascript desirable
- Startup and fundraising experience desirable
This is a co-founder role and so it is expected that you will be investing your time and effort to help Anima to expand to the US. We are pre-seed and salary will be dependent on next fundraise.
