How You'll Make An Impact At O'connell Robertson...
The
Project Manual Writer will be responsible for working with the
Director of Specifications, and will be in charge of the following project responsibilities:
- Project Manual compilation
- Project Team Coordination
- Scheduling Internal Specification Meetings
- Managing Manufacturer Network
What It Takes To Be Successful In Your Role...
We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…
- 2+ years' experience working in an Architectural Firm, Construction Industry, Professional Services, or Education
- High School Diploma; Associate Degree Preferred
- Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam is required.
- Experience with SpecLink Cloud is beneficial, but not required.
- Must be able to work in deadline driven environment and handle large volume of documents.
- Be a great communicator and coordinator of project information.
- An individual who is passionate about contributing to project excellence.
- Continuous learner who wants to make a meaningful impact on those around them.
- Organized and loves to help others organize their days, projects, and meetings.
- A facilitator of project logistics such as meetings and conference calls; and taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performing proactive follow-up
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail is a must, as well as strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, make decisions or be an influencer, and take information and turn it into wise action.
