Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Legal to oversee all legal aspects of our organization. The Head of Legal Affairs will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and supporting strategic initiatives. Roles And Responsibilities - Legal Strategy and Compliance:
- Develop and implement legal strategies that support the organization's mission and objectives.

- Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact the organization and recommend proactive measures.
- Contract Management and Negotiation:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Manage contract lifecycle from inception through execution and renewal.
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation and enforceability issues.
- Risk Management and Litigation:
- Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage litigation and disputes, including coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
- Conduct investigations and respond to legal claims or regulatory inquiries.
- Corporate Governance and Compliance:
- Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Support the board of directors and senior management on governance issues and decision-making processes.
- Oversee corporate filings, registrations, and disclosures.
- Intellectual Property and Data Privacy:
- Manage intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

Skills And Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Bar.

- Proven leadership experience managing a legal team and providing strategic legal advice to senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments.
