Job Summary:
The D365 System Administrator II is responsible for managing incoming requests from various departments through a help desk system. These requests will primarily be Dynamics D365 F&O focused. This role will liaise between multiple parties including the internal requestor, internal Dynamics resources and external consultants when needed. This individual will also be expected to address the level 1 tickets by making changes directly to Dynamics based on their knowledge. This includes permissions, access issues, helping with stuck work, and a variety of other topics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize and help prioritize incoming requests from various stakeholders
- Liaise with external suppliers and consultants
- Report status of existing requests and projects to stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders and translate their needs into requirements
- Fulfill level 1 requests by making updates to system settings within Dynamics D365 F&O
- Coordinate code deployments across several instances with external suppliers
- Work closely with IT, developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Plan and work flexibly to a deadline
- Write user documentation
- Provide training to users of a new system
- Keep up to date with technical and industry developments
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3-6 years of experience working in a similar role
- Proficient in Dynamics 365 F&O system administration
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerBI
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $98,000 to $125,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
