Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technology strategy and operations. The CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological vision, leading technology teams, and aligning our technical capabilities with overarching business objectives. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a solid background in IT consultancy, specifically within the
Energy and Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the company's technology strategy in line with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse IT team, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous growth.
- Oversee the development and delivery of COTS solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with OEM partners such as SAS Institute, Hyland, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Azure to drive strategic initiatives and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Manage the integration of emerging technologies and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects across the Energy and Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare sectors.
- Champion the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including SOC2, and maintain robust security across all platforms.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on technology trends and innovations that may impact the business.
- Lead cloud migration, CRM optimization, and data management initiatives.
- Oversee internal IT operations, including technical support for call centers and compliance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with 5+ years in a CTO or similar executive-level role.
- Proven experience in the Energy and Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.
- In-depth knowledge of COTS solutions, cloud technologies, CRM systems, and data management.
- Experience collaborating with OEM partners like SAS Institute, Hyland, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and lead transformative change in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of PMO practices.
- Solid background in Data Management.
