Anima People is a fast growing start-up B2B Behavioural Consultancy local to Sweden and the UK.
We are proud to have been accepted onto the University College London's Innovation and Enterprise Programme and will be launching a new software product later this year.
We are looking for a CTO and Co-Founder and are particularly interested to work with people who have a Tech or Sales background. This person will be a leader but able to do what's required to help us reach our ultimate objectives and create something amazing together.
Responsibilities
- To shape and support the strategic direction of a new platform in its goal to reach agreed objectives.
- To manage a small team to include a Software Developer
- To ensure all internal processes and documentation comply with national regulations e.g. GDPR
- To help build a platform that is Security by Design
- Contribute to grant writing and fundraising opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in project managing a platform build from beginning to end
Experience in C-Suite and/or Co_Founder
Fluency in English
Based in the UK or Europe
Experience in Tech at a Senior Level
Experience in Start-ups
Oodles of motivation and ambition
A desire to make the world a safer place and a love for people and technology.
Cybersecurity industry experience preferred.
React and Javascript coding experience desired.
This role can be initially part-time on a vested equity basis but full time will be needed going forward and salaried upon investment later in the year. First we want you to prove what you can do and how you can work well in our team to achieve brilliance.
