Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Leader to lead our ACET SOLUTIONS Business Development efforts in the USA. The Business Development Manager will be developing and executing the Business Development Strategies with Company Sponsor to grow ACET SOLUTIONS OT/ICS Cybersecurity Business in the USA. Incubant will play a pivotal role in identifying sales opportunities, understanding clients' procurement processes, developing winning sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industrial cybersecurity landscape, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales opportunities within the industrial sector, with a specific emphasis on industrial cybersecurity solutions.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' procurement processes and requirements for successful engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses and develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business Leadership Team to define winning sales strategies and approaches.
- Coordinate with Solutions Architects to develop compelling proposals tailored to clients' needs.
- Follow up on all sales opportunities and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Close purchase orders with favorable payment terms and cash flow.
- Ensure effective communication with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and secure repeat business.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the client's representative within the organization, advocating for their needs and enhancing the customer experience.
- Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior to stay attuned to changing market needs.
- Manage and maintain relationships with regional business partners and OEMs.
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales planning and strategy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on industrial cybersecurity solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the industrial cybersecurity landscape, including industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
