The Head of Product will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution. This role requires a dynamic leader who can take initial ideas, infuse them with their vision, and refine them into compelling, market-leading products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of focusing on priorities that drive business goals, iterating quickly, and working effectively with designers and cross-functional teams.

- Product Vision and Strategy: Take initial product concepts and expand on them with your own vision and direction, backed by logic, reason, and market-based evidence.
- Market Insights and Evidence-Based Decision Making: Use market data to inform product decisions without being dictated by it. Ability to see market trends and opportunities ("see around corners") that others may overlook.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement and manage product analytics to continually optimize and improve the product offering.
- Prioritization and Focus: From a list of ideas and possibilities, identify and prioritize the most critical initiatives that align with and advance the company's business objectives.
- Rapid Iteration and Prototyping: Lead the product development process by quickly iterating on ideas and concepts to refine and improve product offerings.
- Design Collaboration and Direction: Work closely with designers to create logical flows, ensuring that the final designs not only meet functional requirements but also are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to take a product from concept to launch.
- Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take someone else's idea, enhance it with your vision, and successfully bring it to market.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see beyond immediate tasks and anticipate future challenges and opportunities in the market.
- Prioritization Skills: Experience in focusing on key initiatives that drive business goals and can clearly explain the rationale behind prioritization decisions.
- Rapid Prototyping: Evidence of quickly iterating on product ideas and delivering functional prototypes in short timeframes.
- Design Collaboration: Strong ability to direct and collaborate with designers, ensuring logical flow and visual appeal in product design.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data to make informed decisions and iterate on product offerings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
