Location: 3 days per week in either NJ, NYC or Delaware

Role Overview
- Lead the organization's end-to-end security strategy, driving the development and implementation of security policies, risk assessments, and controls. Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with regulations and protect information assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy and roadmap.
- Implement risk management frameworks and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Oversee security operations, architecture, and incident response.
- Lead a high-performing security team, mentoring talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Present cybersecurity updates to leadership and manage vendor security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in tech and security.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and security certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Current and valid security certification such as CISM, CISA, CRISC or CISSP, strongly preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, master's degree preferred. - Engineering background Ideal
- 20+ years work experience
