As a spin-off from a 20-year-old IT asset disposition (ITAD) and recycling company, Destroy Drive is a young, dynamic, and independent company experiencing high growth. We are expanding our team and looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer our exciting journey.
Chief Executive Officer
We seek an experienced and dedicated CEO to lead our team with a strategic business approach that drives growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff management, overseeing team initiatives, and making data-driven corporate decisions that enhance the company's financial and operational performance. Our CEO will foster a positive, inspiring, and collaborative work environment, empowering employees to work towards our company goals.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate the company's strategy. Lead the executive team in setting and executing strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for expansion, diversification, and innovation.
2. Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and excellence across the company. Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, training programs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction. Implement best practices and technology solutions to optimize operations and maximize profitability.
3. Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the company. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities for growth and profitability.
4. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders. Collaborate with internal leaders to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Required skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles within the information technology industry, preferably with a focus on IT asset disposition, management or infrastructure.
· Proven track record of success in driving growth and operational excellence.
· Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and drive financial performance.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
· Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
