Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in IT analysis, systems administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing IT teams and leading complex IT projects.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, security, and systems integration.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are highly desirable.
