Location: This position will work in a hybrid model with both work from home (remote) days each Monday & Friday, as well as on-site days at the West Des Moines, IA office each Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Zirous offers a flexible schedule so that you can work to meet clients needs and your personal needs. On-site days as described will be required for this role, local candidates within the Des Moines, IA metro will be given priority.
Requirements
What you would be doing:
- Work on a variety of client projects as a full-time employee of Zirous - length of projects and types of client industries will vary
- Lead and Complete client implementations of OneTrust products under the Privacy and Data Governance Cloud including but not limited to: Consent and Preference Management, Cookie Consent, and Privacy Rights Automation
- Work with the Director of Security on creating and implementing security best practices both internally to Zirous as well as for clients.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Work closely with Project Managers & Technical Leads to ensure successful project implementation
- Provide expert and specialized hands-on technical support, consultation and coaching to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, or in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience with configuring third-party privacy management applications.
- Previous Systems Administrator work experience
- Previous experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Web development knowledge
- Understanding of Security frameworks and concepts ( NIST / CIS )
- Solid troubleshooting skills and be able to debug and analyze issues to resolution
- The ability to interact with clients in order to maintain good standing which includes, but is not limited to; assisting in gathering requirements, answering questions, and participating in implementations
- Ability to demonstrate organization and documentation skills
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
- Professional appearance and attire
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and the ability to work effectively with staff
- Position will work closely with other team members and VP of Cloud Services & Managed Services to accomplish company, client and personal goals
