- Develops, monitors, and implements Compliance Program initiatives in alignment with core values. Is a key contributor to the achievement of the Compliance Program goals and objectives, ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the Compliance Program.
- Maintains current knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and accreditation standards through appropriate continuing education or listserv information.
- Manages the Conflict of Interest and Foreign Influence Program.
- Develops and maintains applicable Privacy and Compliance Policies. Collaborates with Departments on regulatory obligations applicable to other policies.
- Manages and/or collaborates on Compliance and Privacy education including new employee, annual, and targeted education.
