Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Hybrid (telework/client-site in Washington DC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs management activities in relation to the IBSS NTIA Contract
- Full PnL responsibilities for the NTIA Program
- Mentorship and enablement of the IBSS team in order to develop IBSS resources currently on the program to provide more value to the NTIA customer.
- Develop and execute processes for effective program and project planning and execution, including detailed plans, accomplishments, and schedules.
- Draft, update, and maintain strategic account plans. Review current organizational strategies and develop performance measures. Support the development of roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives over the planning cycle.
- Collaborate with team members maintain project schedules and risk registers, updating and re-baselining as needed.
- Develop and maintain the overall Program Management Plan and subsequent PMP Playbook.
- Plan and execute various program and project management meetings, including annual operating plan meetings, quarterly program reviews, process improvement meetings, and weekly project management coordination meetings. Track actions from these meetings and coordinate with program and project managers to ensure completion.
- Conducts customer meetings and reports back to the IBSS Leadership of any blockers or updates
- Support the IT/Cyber Corporate initiatives for Organic NTIA Account Growth
- Develop and Maintain Account plans, Capture and Call plans
- Perform workforce competency assessments and identify skill gaps.
- Enhance efficiency through business process improvements. Analyze data to determine the business impact of research findings.
- Attend on-site team and customer meetings.
- Coordinate the strategy around Zero Trust capability from IBSS at NTIA
- Establish relationships across the ITS entity in Boulder
- Understanding and gathering Client on the CATTS opportunities at NTIA
- Develop a PMO strategy for NTIA that IBSS can implement
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 12+ years of proven program management and account management experience.
- Skills in customer relationship management, proposal writing, staff management, and portfolio management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
