Position Summary
The Systems and Security IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting RYB’s corporate technology platforms including Microsoft Office365, security and permissioning, device management, , endpoint setup and performance, network infrastructure, equipment lifecycle, and other productivity applications such as Adobe, NetSuite, UKG, Domo, and PowerBI. The position also involves leading RYB’s IT integration workstreams for all acquired businesses, developing, refining, and applying a proven IT integration playbook.. The Systems and Security IT Administrator will operate as the corporate lead out of Headquarters in Miami, Florida and also provide support and oversight to RYB’s partners across the country.
Position Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Manage and maintain the central Microsoft environment including Office 365 and related applications
· Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune, security controls, and compliance information
· Administer and support various web applications, notably third-party “class-management systems” such as JackRabbit, iClassPro, SportsEngine, MindBody, TeamSidelines, proprietary class-management systems, etc. and company websites, hosting, and domains, ensuring high availability and performance
· Implement and monitor security measures to protect web applications against threats and vulnerabilities
· Perform regular system and security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management
· Contribute to and maintain information systems policies, procedures, and standards
· Contribute to and support RYB’s M&A playbook, specifically in implementing the appropriate changes to bring newly acquired partner companies into the RYB’s standardized IT environment
· Operate as a subject matter expert and collaborate with business stakeholders
· Partner with and manage the MSP in a general support capacity
· Manage procurements and service providers such as VARs, telcos and software
· Support other IT projects including Cloud migrations for all subsidiaries and partners
· Contribute to the innovative and continual improvement process
· Monitor the health of the computing fabric of the organization
· Some travel required
Skills and knowledge:

Education and work experience:
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience with the following:
· Hands-on Azure Intune administration and associated policies
· Network and Systems/Server administration
· Microsoft Autopilot and Endpoint configurations
· Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience with the following:
· Managing Microsoft Azure(tuning), Office 365, and Microsoft Active Directory
· Administration and engineering of business information systems
Preferred:
· Bachelors in computer science or related field
· Experience with larger organizations and advanced IT practices
· Prior role owning similar cloud administration responsibilities
· Experience with advanced Information Security models and frameworks such as ISO 27001
· Experience integrating organizations in a mergers and acquisition environment
