POSITION: IT Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Information
Technology department within the organization. Your primary objective is to ensure the efficient and
effective use of technology to support the company's strategic goals and business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies
aligned with the company's objectives. Provide insights on emerging technologies and industry
trends to drive innovation.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the
company's IT infrastructure. This includes working with our third party support team on the
monitoring of networks, hardware, and software. Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of IT
systems.
Cybersecurity: Coordinating with cybersecurity vendors to ensure all company devices and end
points are being proactively monitored.
Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
and adherence to budgetary constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement
new technologies and systems.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, service
providers, and consultants. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet service level
agreements.
User Support: Oversee the IT help desk vendors and support functions, ensuring timely
resolution of user issues. Implement training programs to enhance end-user proficiency with IT
systems.
Compliance: Ensure IT policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant regulations and
standards. Implement and monitor data protection and privacy measures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the IT
department and implement best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and
development.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
2+ years in IT management and/or Project Management roles, with a track record of successful
project delivery.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure best practices, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
Willingness to learn new technology solutions.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Advanced knowledge specifically of Netsuite, Oracle, and/or Salesforce Capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of EDI solutions.
