Job Summary
Reporting to the CEO, the
Vice President, Product Delivery (VP, Product Delivery) is a member of the executive management team and works directly in collaboration with other Vice Presidents, the COO, and the Director of People Operations to implement the organization's strategic plan and set organization goals and objectives. The VP, Product Delivery is responsible for strategic oversight of Momentum's Product Delivery team.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports a team of Product Delivery Managers, Principal Strategists, and Product and Service Leads to lead the delivery of various technical documents including grant proposals, campaign plans, concept papers, reports, and presentations
- Provides high-level advice and strategy for team members
- Supports all client-facing work including grant proposal development, grant management and administration, upfront grant identification, planning, and strategy, and supporting business development efforts
- Maintains an understanding of the policy, regulatory, and legislative drivers of the agencies that Momentum's clients engage for public funding
- Drives Product Delivery team process improvements
- Understands team capabilities and hiring needs for both internal staff and contractors
- Manages team staffing assignments
- Develops, implements and evaluates team OKRs and KPIs
- Builds Momentum's network of experts in the cleantech field
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- The Vice President, Product Delivery reports to the CEO
Location
- This is a remote eligible position based out of our Sacramento office located at 801 K Street, 28th Floor. This role requires occasional travel to company headquarters, as well as various project sites throughout California and the United States

- Strong leadership with a track record of guiding teams to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrates strategic thinking, decision-making, and the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to persuasively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executive leadership. Confident and professional demeanor, navigating high-stakes conversations with poise
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex Federal and State documents, including Requests for Proposals
Desired Education and Experience:
- Six years of progressive leadership experience, with significant time in senior management or executive roles preferred
- Proven experience in developing strategic plans that drive growth and profitability, translating vision into actionable goals and delivering measurable results
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industries, staying ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the highest levels

Salary Range
$180,000 - $220,000 + Bonus. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity. We strive to maintain a fair and competitive compensation structure. While we aim to make our initial offers as strong as possible, we also seek to ensure consistency and equity across our team.
