Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated co-founder/CTO that is willing to bet in themselves and take a leap of faith. The work enviornment will be combination of heads down coding, meaningful connections and quirky pet peeves.

- Coding: Lead AI and Full-Stack Development by overseeing UI/UX design, AI solution development, and enterprise SaaS deployment, ensuring approval for client-facing applications.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project execution.
- Consistency: Ensure alignment of company goals with tasks and identify roadblocks to ensure consistent progress.
- Current Trends: Stay updated with the latest AI models, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years as an ML Engineer (or similar role) + portfolio of AI and full-stack development projects.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Proficiency or strong desire to learn LLM-based frameworks.
- Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
- Full-Stack Development Skills: Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development technologies.
- Data Management: Good understanding of data management and data preprocessing.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with autonomy.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):
- Advanced Degrees: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related field is a plus.
- ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM).
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware development processes or mechanical engineering concepts.
