The Vice President and General Manager will possess a general manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse and business background. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader that brings the functional departments together within the company to achieve our strategic and customer service goals. This position will oversee the entire organization except accounting and finance. You will direct and coordinate activities of the organization to obtain optimum efficiency and maximize profits. This role will have companywide support and work closely with dedicated team members, who will give their all to ensure that the customer’s needs are being met.

• · Plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals to improve the overall performance of the company.
• · Manages the KPI’s and Continuous Improvement Process.
• · Works closely with the Manufacturing Manager to improve manufacturing operations, product design and driving production goals.
