Responsibilities:
- Monitor system alarms, performance, IT operations, and storage utilization 24/7
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for tasks such as build, deployment, and monitoring
- Manage version control systems, code repositories, and collaboration tools to facilitate efficient code management and team collaboration
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar tools
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, best practices, and compliance requirements to safeguard engineering infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hardware and software engineering teams for infrastructure issues
- Maintain technical documentation for server infrastructure, tools, and scripts
- Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps and Server Management role
- Strong knowledge of bash/shell scripting and Python for automation
- Deep understanding of Linux systems
- Experience with GitLab for CI/CD processes
- Experience with Ansible for automating configurations and deployments
- Proficiency in Docker for containerization and familiarity with Kubernetes for orchestration and management of containerized applications is a plus
