Hint, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Southeast. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for our delicious water. As a Regional Sales Manager at Hint, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with key retail accounts, and strategize and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
This role will be responsible for the following locations: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North & South Carolina, and Tennessee. We are seeking candidates who live in the South Florida market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of salespeople to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in assigned markets
- Market Strategy: Develop and review strategies with Sales Leadership and support execution where needed
- Distributor Management: Manage existing local distributors at a senior level to ensure full support and effective utilization of distributor resources. Support bringing new distributors on board as needed
- Performance Tracking: Develop, track, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize sales performance across all territories. Utilize sales tracking tools provided by the analytics team to identify improvement initiatives for the market
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within local chain accounts. Maintain and develop high-level relationships with high-value retail customers
- Training and Development: Coach, train, and develop sales team members.
- Retail Account Management: Call on distributors and retail accounts across various channels, including Natural, Grocery, and Specialty, to drive sales and brand awareness
- Promotional Events Execution: Ensure efficient execution of existing and new promotional events and calendars to drive sales and enhance brand visibility
- Distributor Network Management: Maintain and develop the distributor network, ensuring penetration at all relevant levels to maximize brand awareness and growth
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure accurate forecasting for sales targets. Ensure that key strategies and objectives are executed as designed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Prior experience in a people-management role with 4 or more direct and in-direct reports
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Benefits
- Base salary of $85,000-95,000, based on territory and experience. Actual salary offered may vary based on location and work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future
