Job Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
Responsible for driving business growth within a company.
The role will carry a quota in the range of $1.5Mn to $3Mn.
Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market
opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting
revenue, in line with projected income.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Formulate strategic direction and drive execution to deliver overall business growth
in Americas.
Play a key role in developing and defining our Cybersecurity Solutions portfolio and
playbook.
Serve as an internal and external evangelist for our solutions offering for the market,
partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product
Management/Engineering and key customers.
Manage, grow and mature cybersecurity consulting team towards industry solutions
and achieve deep integration with the Inspira solution areas, where industry
specialists and practice leads will drive the go-to-market strategy for the security
offerings.
Oversee and Manage client engagements while building long term relationships.
Work with strategic alliance partners to build outcome-based solutions.
Build strategic relationship with corporate CIO, CISO, CTO, heads of clouds &
infrastructure.
Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, System Integrators and Service Providers to
enhance channel sales.
Strive to become # 1 security partner for strategic alliances.
Evolve the culture within Security to bring the best of Inspira to security
opportunities, increasing deal sizes and driving security without talent community
borders.
Take accountability for monitoring and tracking offering revenue, working across
solution areas and leverage delegation within global/regional security leadership
team.
Keep pace with the changes and monitor the market to identify opportunities to get
ahead of the curve, either with new technology or new pa1tner solutions
Monitor the market and the competition, keeping an eye toward potential
acquisition targets.
Be the agent of cultural change within the region at the leadership level and sales
level to improve security mind share.
Support with large and complex solutions and proposition development to drive
sales success.
Key point – Experience in selling Cybersecurity services offerings and not merely products is a must.
