We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities
- Operate a combined monitoring environment for an enterprise NOC/SOC, including cybersecurity, network, cloud, web, and application event monitoring and incident handling.
- Lead and manage a team of highly specialized IT and cybersecurity professionals.
- Integrate and apply agile principles to cybersecurity, network, and application monitoring, as well as cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, penetration testing, and forensics.
- Ensure uptime requirements are met and respond independently to errors and hardware exceptions.
- Communicate effectively regarding errors and exceptions.
Required Skills
- Experience with enterprise NOC/SOC monitoring for cybersecurity, network, cloud, web, and application events.
- Leadership and management of specialized IT and cybersecurity teams.
- Integration of agile principles into various IT and cybersecurity functions.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Diplomacy and ability to follow policy and procedures.
- Teamwork, stress management, problem solving, and time management.
- Technical foundation in cybersecurity principles, vulnerabilities, incident handling, intruder techniques, and incident record maintenance.
