iCallidus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to support the Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) Program Management Office (PMO). This role is crucial in assisting the implementation of the departmentwide Zero Trust Strategy. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget while ensuring alignment with the agency’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise to implement, administer, manage, mature, and monitor operational activities for the ZTA PMO.
- Assist with the identification of Zero Trust capabilities and gaps in each operating division.
- Establish an enterprise ZTA roadmap and align zero trust goals with department-wide objectives.
- Oversee and maintain the Zero Trust Maturity (ZTM) scorecard, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Develop and implement process automation for collecting data for ZTM scorecards.
- Provide a FedRAMP authorized test and data cloud environment for testing Zero Trust tools and technologies.
- Establish reporting mechanisms for financial activities and provide monthly reports.
- Conduct assessments to improve budget investments for each operating division, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide monthly updates.
- Assist with industry and vendor engagement.
- Support reviews and translation of directives and guidance from various sources.
- Identify, rationalize, evaluate, and test new technologies to fulfill Zero Trust objectives.
- Provide monthly reports and briefings on new technology solutions.
- Track and report on cybersecurity solutions and services spending.
- Support Technology Innovation and Product Sessions (TIPS) and Tech Exchange management and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including NIST SP 800-207.
- Develop and maintain processes for automating CIO FISMA metrics and ZTM data calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in IT or cybersecurity, preferably within a federal or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, particularly in Zero Trust Architecture or related cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and their application within an enterprise environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Clearance:
- Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance as required by the contract.
