Position Summary:
GOLFTEC is seeking a driven and experienced Subscription Membership Director to oversee all aspects of our subscription-based membership programs. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new members, retaining existing members, and maximizing their lifetime value through strategic initiatives and exceptional customer relationship management. You will manage a portfolio of partnerships as well as our own membership programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Implement marketing campaigns across various channels to increase membership sign-ups
- Monitor member retention rates and implement tactics to reduce churn
- Build and maintain a loyalty program
- Nurture relationships with members to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve member experience
- Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on membership metrics, performance, and growth
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve membership goals
- Collaborate with product development to enhance offerings based on member feedback and market trends
- Manage subscription pricing strategies and promotions to optimize revenue
- Monitor financial performance related to memberships and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to subscriptions and memberships
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in subscription management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in subscription management, membership programs, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies
- Strong Experience with CRM software and membership management platforms. is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
