Role Details:
- This is a full-time role for a Systems Administrator at our office in Carson City, NV, with flexibility for some remote work. This Systems Administrator role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as the administration of windows systems, troubleshooting, proving end users support, network device administration, and documentation The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of customer IT infrastructure. You will be proving level 3+ support to small and medium business customers, end users as well as IT stakeholders. Candidates should have experience with Windows Server, networking & Office 365 backend issues, and application level support.

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of system administration, network administration, and information technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MSP, IT service or within a corporate IT department
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator)
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with server & desktop operating systems and application software products in a Windows environment
- Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN network/firewall technologies (i.e. installation of routers, switches, and network client software)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Desire to excel
