What You Will Be Doing:
This is a full-time remote role for a CTO (Chief Technology Officer). As a Technical Co-Founder at the Stealth Startup organization, you will lead the technical construction and development of our IOS/Android app. You will work closely with the founding team to define, develop, and deliver the company's technical roadmap, infrastructure and design.

Qualifications:
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, and strong demonstrated proficiency in coding and mobile app development
- Previous experience standing up an IOS/Android App
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C#, Etc
- Strong proficiency in full-stack web development, with experience in both frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and backend (Node.js/Express, Python/Django, etc.)technologies
- Solid understanding of databases and data modeling, with experience working with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience building and integrating APIs, as well as knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth)
- Knowledge of Generative A.I. and machine learning frameworks is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the Plaid payment software preferred
- Experience in architecting and scaling complex systems
- Ability to construct (and work within) high-performing technical teams
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Co-Founders to lead the app's development and construction from the ground up, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Ensure a high-quality, engaging, and seamless user experience
- Manage and mentor a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation in our platform
- Drive the company's technical strategy, making informed decisions to ensure our product's seamless functionality and efficiency
- Oversee technical architecture, scalability, and security
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment automation
- After construction is completed, ensure seamless operation of the app post-launch
