Summary: The Diadem Team is growing FAST and we're looking for driven, Amazon/Third Party Marketplace Specialist to join one of the fastest growing athletic brands in the country.
The Amazon/Third Party Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our online stores and 3rd party resellers (Amazon, Walmart, DSG online) and ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
-Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
-Coordinate with the product development and inventory teams to maintain up-to-date product information.
-Communicate with account services from 3rd party marketplaces to maintain high vendor scores and marketplace growth
-Fully manage brand and product listings on 3rd party marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Academy Sports, and others
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory-Assist in the development and implementation of ecommerce updates and improvements.
-Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.-Monitor website performance and resolve any technical issues promptly.
-Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
-Coordinate with the marketing team to create and schedule promotional content.
-Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
-In order to be considered for this position, you MUST have a minimum of two years of experience managing the Amazon marketplace
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field -2+ years of experience in an ecommerce or 3rd party sales administration role
- Proficiency in managing 3rd party marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, DSG, and others
-Digital marketing experience is preferred
-Extremely organized and project-oriented

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Pompano Beach, Florida (ON SITE)
Compensation: $50,000/year
