Chief Digital Officer – Washington, D.C. Metro Area
We have been retained and are actively recruiting for a Chief Digital Officer for a well-respected Global Non-Profit Services Organization. The position will report directly to the CEO and serve as a member of the Executive Team and be responsible for implementing a global digital transformation effort with the overarching goal of enabling the organization to achieve its strategy. The CDO is the driving force behind the digital transformation and will lead the creation of cutting-edge solutions to enhance their global impact and elevate them as a key player in the industry.
The implementation of the digital transformation should achieve several goals, including: Improvement in customer satisfaction; Increased internal understanding of customer impact of digital products; increased ability to scale operations effectively while reducing unit costs; Reduction in time to market for new products/services/features; Decrease risks on technology-heavy projects; Improvement on the returns on investment of total technology delivery spend; Reduction in technical debt.
Ideally, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Executive with proven experience in a senior digital leadership role (preferably as a Chief Digital Officer, Chief Information Officer, or similar role) with a deep understanding of and experience in leading large-scale Digital transformation programmes, Extensive technical knowledge in digital transformation trends, technologies and methodologies and strong experience in product management, data management, analytics, and customer experience optimization.
