We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Co-Founder & CTO with expertise in Augmented Reality (AR) development and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AR development, computer vision, visual detection, and AI image generation. This position is specifically for individuals affiliated with UCLA, either as a student or instructor.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AR applications using tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, and ARCore.
- Drive the integration of computer vision and visual detection algorithms into AR applications to enhance user interaction and experience.
- Utilize advanced AI techniques for image generation and processing within AR environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to create seamless and intuitive AR experiences.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AR Developer or in a similar role, with a portfolio of successful AR projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Expertise in AI, particularly in image generation and processing.
- Affiliation with UCLA as a student or instructor.
