Jefferies LLC is seeking to employ one H-1B nonimmigrant worker for the position of Vice President. The H-1B worker will be employed at 101 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NY 07302; 520 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022; and 58 Moorsgate Cir, East Windsor, NJ 08520. The intended period of employment will be from July 22, 2024 to July 21, 2027. The salary will be $180,000 per year. The labor condition application is available for public inspection in our office located at 520 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
