RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Managing Director, Technology Vendor Alliances, Cyber Risk, you will be leading and developing our key vendor technology alliances strategy across the whole Kroll Cyber services portfolio. This will be a commercially focused role with technology experience in MSSP working with the business functions and the vendor alliances to create win-win partnerships delivering significant financial contribution to the Cyber business. You will also be integral to the development and management of the Tech Alliances program allowing for a streamlined process from identifying priority alliance partnerships through to commercial execution.
- Act as senior leader emphasizing consistent client and vendor alliance experience to deliver outstanding service.
- Executive relationships driving accountability with major stakeholders in all key vendor alliances
- Design and drive our global strategy for growing revenue through vendor alliance relationships and strategic partnerships for Kroll MDR responder platform and associated services
- Guide and conduct Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews with key vendor alliances.
- Lead by Example: Creates, communicates, and supports a common vision and direction. Is effective in influencing and directing the activities of diverse individuals and groups to achieve a higher level of performance.
- Encourages teamwork by sharing information, encouraging participation and embracing diverse perspectives across all services lines including sales, marketing, SE, marketing, legal, finance and operations.
- Drive for Results: Identifies issues through sound analysis and application of commercial acumen in all situations. Develops and implements effective and innovative solutions to problems by defining realistic and pragmatic goals and conceiving effective strategies and logical action plans.
- Drive Process Improvement: Build out the vendor alliances program to streamline processes, remove barriers, increase throughput resulting in significant revenue contribution through these partnerships
- Draft and negotiate contractual documents for partners.
- Leading Teams: Train, develop and mentor staff to instill the concepts and values of Kroll and the practice through communication and modeling of company values, while reinforcing the behavior represented by these values, holding team accountable to those same behaviors.
- Work with marketing to establish standard collateral and proposal documents to support the vendor alliances eco-system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years in Cybersecurity sector with 5+ years with a demonstrated track record of success around alliances.
- Experience working with Microsoft and other Cyber Security technology providers
- Contractual experience.
- Excellent project management and matrix management skills
- Tactical, practical hands-on coordination, management, and execution of partner programs
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work across multiple groups and countries plus broad functional areas to obtain buy-in and support, communicate and provide leadership for implementing capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
- Excellent oral, written communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
