Job Details:
Position is with the Data Center Operations group specifically the Windows Server Support team.
Team members are responsible for installing, security hardening, monthly OS patching plus daily support of the Windows Server operating system 2012, 2019, and 2022.
Other server responsibilities include troubleshooting, installation of anti-virus software, backup software, monitoring software, monitoring of disk space, CPU, memory, etc.
Candidate must be a team player and possess excellent customer service skills.
Cloud server experience with AWS EC2 and Azure virtual instances preferred.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday days. Must also be available for nights/weekends for server patching, server issues, etc.
CJIS and FTI fingerprint checks are required for accepted candidates. Position will be hybrid working 37.5 hours per week.
