Job Title : AWS Cybersecurity L1 SOC Triage Analyst

We are looking for an AWS Cybersecurity L1 SOC Triage Analyst who will possess strong expertise in monitoring tools and ticketing systems, along with excellent triaging skills for various technologies. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and quick resolution of incidents and issues within our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience with monitoring tools including Grafana, ELK, NewRelic, and Kibana.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and ServiceNow Desk.
- Strong triaging skills with technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and IBM MQ.
- Relevant certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or other related technologies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale IT environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in system monitoring and incident management.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure and networking issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Monitor system performance and health using tools such as Grafana, ELK, NewRelic, and Kibana.
- Utilize ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and ServiceNow Desk to track, manage, and resolve incidents.
- Perform triaging and troubleshooting on AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, and other platforms.
- Address and resolve basic infrastructure and networking issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Continuously improve monitoring and triaging processes to enhance system reliability and performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
