Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an eBay Specialist at Custard Core Supply. The eBay Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's eBay store. The role involves creating and updating product listings, monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The eBay Specialist will also handle shipping and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. English & Spanish preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- E-commerce experience, preferably with eBay
- Proficiency in online marketplace management
- Knowledge of automotive industry and parts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in customer service and order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
