Indotronix is seeking a Security Manager in Pittsburgh, PA location
Position Title: Security Manager
Position Location: Hybrid - 3 in office, 2 remote. Only Pittsburgh, PA
Ability to work remote: Hybrid
OT: yes potential for up to 4 hrs.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversees cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Defines key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
- Responsible for the evaluation and transformation of business models for the line of business to improve their organizational effectiveness, expand business, and increase profits
- Leads team in execution of strategic plan and/or specific initiatives to achieve line of business goals.
- Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
- Leads a team or multiple teams that develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
Must Have Technical Skills
Overall experience of 6+ years
- Project Management skills - PMP not required
- Financial Acumen - ability to speak to finance team and have a mutual understanding
- General knowledge of Human Resources
