Job Title: IT Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee all IT (Information Technology) operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will lead the IT team, manage the company's technology infrastructure, and ensure the secure and efficient operation of all IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, and communicating job expectations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data, networks, and systems.
- Coordinate technology projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT resources.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff and resolve any IT-related issues.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization's IT capabilities align with its business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
- Experience with network and server administration, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Proficiency in IT project management and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
