Willing to bring in a Middleware Engineer/Administrator with JBoss/Tomcat/WebSphere skills who has done some infrastructure design work. This team works on infrastructure design, not builds. Will work with the business, taking requirements and diagramming them in Visio. Must have excellent communication skills, be assertive; ready and willing to ask questions. Needs to want to come in and learn. DevOps/BizOps experience is also helpful in this role. Candidates with Network engineering experience have not faired as well in this role. In April, we submitted 2 Network Engineers, and neither were selected for interviews. Strong preference for candidates local to St. Louis. Hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office, T/W/Th preferred, but flexible.
