Role Description
This is a contract role for a Senior IT Infrastructure Operation Engineer at Princeton America. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Operation Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure operations. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting network systems, managing hardware and software installations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems. This is an on-site role located in San Francisco, CA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure operations
- Strong knowledge of network systems and protocols
- Experience with hardware and software installations
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus
