They are looking for attorneys with at least 4+ years of consumer and employee privacy experience.
The ideal candidate will have appreciable legal advice and counsel experience, including managing data privacy compliance projects, drafting privacy policies and notices, drafting or advising on data protection agreements, data mapping, advising on consumer consent workflows, advising on technical website/app and digital marketing issues (such as cookies, pixels, targeted ads, global privacy controls, dark patterns), and advising clients on conducting data protection impact assessments and responding to data subject requests. In addition to expertise in employee and consumer privacy laws and regulations (state, federal, and/or international), experience in data breach and incident response and reporting, as well as consumer privacy litigation and regulatory enforcement actions is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have achieved the IAPP's Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation in at least one category.
