Sr. Network Engineer
We are looking to hire a Senior Network Engineer within our IT Infrastructure division. This position falls under our Implementations team and is located in Atlanta, GA. As the Senior Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex network solutions to meet both basic and advanced business requirements. Your expertise will contribute to improving overall network performance and ensuring seamless connectivity
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be expected to work in an onsite hybrid environment. We will set you up for success by providing:

Sr. Network Engineer Role Responsibilities
Design, Deploy, and Maintain Network Solutions:
- Create and implement intricate network solutions that align with business needs.
- Deploy local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
- Manage Cisco Secure Workload (formerly known as Cisco Tetration) platform and other Cloud-based firewalls.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
Network Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Proactively address network-related challenges.
Collaboration and Expertise:
- Interface with various IT departments as the go-to networking resource.
- Assess, recommend, and implement network solutions to support business initiatives.
- Evaluate and approve design or configuration changes.
Highest Level Escalation Support:
- Provide expert troubleshooting for network operations.
- Ensure the quality of individual network services.
- Maintain and support enterprise SaaS platforms.
Sr. Network Engineer Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Skills and Certifications:
- Proficiency in network technologies, including BAN/LAN/WAN, VoIP, VTC, WAN Acceleration, VLAN, DMZ, Cisco IOS, WLAN, MPLS, QoS, NAT, IPv4, and IPv6.
- Must have strong experience with Cisco Secure Workload (formerly known as Cisco Tetration).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CCNA, F5, ITIL, CCDP, CCISP, SP, JNCIP, and AWS.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus Data Center switching hardware and software.
Skills:
- OSPF, BGP, MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS Protocols, QoS, Firewalls, IPv6.
- Catalyst and Nexus 9k series, Firepower firewalls, some Meraki, F5 load balancers.
- Experience:
- Familiarity with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with F5 Load Balancers and Cloud connectivity
- Management of 600+ servers running Windows, Linux, and VMWare.
