About the role:
SharePoint Developers on the Gen3 team must work with program and project leaders to define and create architectural depictions and documents, ensuring logical flow and resolving all issues. We need a developer with the skill and vision to create a functional, efficient experience. You'll develop new SharePoint sites and update existing ones. As a developer, you will work with the customer to gather and document requirements using Agile best practices, support site permissions, and train end users. This is an opportunity to collaborate with the development team to build a SharePoint site with user-centric design to address VA challenges.

What you'll need:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a technical equivalent, plus 10 years of professional experience OR 18 years in lieu of degree.
- Experience working with team members and customers to solicit requirements and design a solution that meets business requirements.
- Experience with providing technical support for system architecture, system design, system integration, and technical management.
- JIRA experience in Agile development.
- Experience with SharePoint Online Development using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML/CSS Development.
What's desired to have:
- Previous experience supporting federal or state governement agencies especially the Veterans Affairs.
- Experience reviewing application and implementation processes.
- Knowledge of application repackaging and testing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
- Previous experience working with clients to design and discuss platform, application, and network system strategies.
- Capability to contribute technical input to the systems engineering process.
