We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a automotive manufacturing organization, for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Administrator. This is a critical role responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of their D365 F&O system, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively to support the organization’s financial and operational processes.
Role Overview:
The D365 F&O Administrator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the D365 F&O platform. This includes system maintenance, troubleshooting, user support, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in D365 F&O, with a focus on finance modules, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the D365 F&O environment, including user access, security roles, and system settings.
- Provide timely and effective support to end-users, resolving issues related to finance modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Collections) and other functional areas.
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, performance issues, and data discrepancies to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, including automation of financial and operational processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring the platform remains secure and up-to-date.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
- Assist in training end-users and creating user guides to improve system adoption and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years+ experience as a D365 F&O Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules, particularly in finance (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Collections).
- Experience with system configurations, user management, and security roles in D365 F&O.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
