Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our Network Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure and up-to-date computing environment while supporting various IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise infrastructure, system administration, and automation to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Windows environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Domain Services.
- Develop and maintain scripts and other automation tools to improve system efficiency.
- Design and implement zero-touch deployment solutions for imaging and employee onboarding.
- Integrate and deploy emerging technologies to optimize system performance and automate repetitive tasks.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor storage systems and VMware vSphere environments.
- Oversee the virtual server network, ensuring timely updates and maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Help Desk issues, escalating when necessary.
- Deploy software patches and updates to corporate devices using Automated Intelligence (AI) tools.
- Conduct Active Directory audits to maintain proper organizational structure and security.
- Assist with scripting and automation within Halo.
Qualifications & Experience
- Monitor and maintain virtual server network. Create a maintenance schedule to apply updates to servers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve/escalate issues reported to the Help Desk.
- Build and deploy packages within Atera to apply patching and applications to corporate devices.
- Complete audits of Active Directory and ensure proper organizational structure.
- Assist through script writing with automation in HaloITSM
- Work with the Networking team to improve and support network operations and security.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Schedule - Corporate Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
- This role requires availability for after-hours support and on-call responsibilities as needed.
