responsibilities:
- Spearhead the enterprise technology strategy, driving innovation and fostering a high-performance technology organization.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other key departments to translate business objectives into impactful technology initiatives.
- Lead the modernization of critical systems and the implementation of scalable SaaS solutions to enhance core business functions.
- Drive the development of proprietary technology solutions that provide a unique competitive advantage in [mention a general area like "data insights," "process automation," or "customer engagement"].
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud operations.
- Champion effective end-user support and the seamless provisioning of technology resources across the organization.

- Oversee technology budgeting and financial planning, strategically allocating resources to maximize impact.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, CISSP).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, demonstrating success in driving enterprise digital transformation and building scalable technology platforms.
- Proven experience leading solution engineering, product development, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology teams within complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with operational excellence in mission-critical technology environments.
